Terms of Service — Lisnin Party

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Your Discord and Spotify accounts must each be at least 30 days old. We check this at connect time.
• One Spotify account per Lisnin account. You can't farm raffle entries with sock-puppet accounts; we will flag and disqualify.
• You must be in a country/region where running an online raffle is legal under local law. We do not knowingly serve listeners in restricted regions.

• Tokens are pre-paid credits. 1 token = $1 USD (plus applicable sales tax via Stripe Tax).
• A Lisnin Party campaign costs ceil(total_active_listeners / 10) tokens. 75% of every campaign token spend goes to the prize pool of the communities your campaign targets; 25% is Lisnin's platform fee.
• You can cancel a campaign within 30 minutes of launch for a full refund. After that, cancellations refund only the unspent portion (token cost prorated by listens delivered).
• We don't guarantee a number of listens. We guarantee the promotion mechanism — bot announcements, leaderboard prizes, verified-listener tracking. Listener participation is voluntary.
• You may NOT submit a track to which you don't hold (or have a license for) the relevant rights. You're responsible for ensuring your campaign track is yours to promote.

• Listens count only when verified by Spotify's own API. Discord presence alone never credits a stream.
• Hard cap of 50 streams per listener per campaign. Anything beyond awards 0 points.
• Point ladder: 10 points for your first listen of a campaign, +3 at your 10th, +5 at your 50th, 0 in between.
• Manipulating the system — automation, alts, abnormal listening patterns — gets you flagged. Flagged accounts are excluded from raffle eligibility until manually cleared by ops.
• Raffle entry is based on your monthly points total per community. Winners are selected by weighted-random draw at the end of each calendar month UTC.
• Prize claims expire after 14 days. If you don't submit your claim form by then, the prize rolls into next month's pool.
• Submitting a duplicate shipping address, IP, or browser fingerprint across multiple winning accounts auto-flags the claim for ops review.

• By adding the Lisnin Party Bot to your server you agree we may auto-create #start-lisnin and #lisnin-party channels and a Party Listener role.
• The bot will post one initial @everyone announcement when you click "Finalize Setup". After that, max 3@Party Listener pings per day, only for campaign go-live events.
• You can remove the bot at any time. We mark your community as removed, pause any live campaigns ending in it, and refund the unspent portion to the affected artists.
• Your community keeps 75% of every campaign token spend that targets it (the monthly prize pool).

• No automated streaming (bots, headless players, audio loops with the screen locked). Listens must be from a person using a normal Spotify client.
• No incentivising listens beyond Lisnin's own raffle. Servers caught running parallel "stream for prize" schemes off-platform tied to Lisnin campaigns are removed.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing the 50-stream cap, account-age gate, or fingerprint check.
• No campaign content that violates Spotify's or Discord's terms (hate speech, copyrighted material you don't control, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.

On account deletion we anonymise every row tied to you, with the audit-trail exception noted in the Privacy Policy.

Lisnin Party is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee continuous availability of Discord, Spotify, or the bot itself. If Discord revokes our intents or Spotify revokes our API access, the product breaks; we'll communicate but can't restore service until the upstream issue resolves.

We'll email you about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
